"I sing to live. It's quality of life. It's my deepest connection to my soul, mind, heart and story. I can scream in ways on stage I can't when alone at the oceanside with nobody around. I wail into a camera to reach you in a way I can't in therapy.

Everything you see here on this website was designed and created by myself with no education painstakingly through multiple hospitalizations, injuries, assaults and devastations too numerous to list. I am pouring what I have left into my art.

I'm a disabled artist working from bed most of time when my health allows while raising my youngest as a solo parent on low income.
I am putting myself out into the world with my heart bearing to say i am here! I am not dead! I am alive and for as long as I live I will try to not hide my art or myself. I am here to share and learn about you too.

It's all visceral. It's all healing me and I invite you to witness my humble process of crawling out of fear and into the light of the world to show you my shiny rock and it's me. I'm the shiny rock. Please be kind, I am really not the strongest of rocks.

love with all my little heart.
